Flexibility is crucial for effective support. As such, we provide a number of different technical support options which each integrate with our Online Ticketing System. This enables you to select the most convenient support method for each issue you lodge while still ensuring you receive consistency in the response and resolution process.

Remote Connection

When feasible, our preferred method of support is via a secured remote connection. Our customers typically favour this method as it has proven to provide a faster and more cost effective response on a support issue. In many cases, a technician is available to respond via a remote connection much sooner than they would be able to travel to your premises and assist.

By opting for a remote support session, you are also helping to reduce the overall impact on the environment as we are able to have less cars on the road.

Phone Support

When required, we can dispatch a technician to visit you onsite and address the issue directly. Our support consultants are knowledgable, understanding, patient and ready to assist you by restoring your IT services to a functional level as soon as possible.

Technicians are available for onsite visits during business hours or by appointment for after hours support. Please call us or use our Onsite Booking form to request a technician to visit you onsite. But first, please investigate our other support options below as there may be a more practical solution to suit your needs.

Phone Support

For support over the phone, call us on  1300 556 568  between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and speak to one of our support technicians. They can either provide advice over the phone, assist you in arranging an Onsite Appointment, or establish a Remote Support session. Either way, you will be back up and running quickly and painlessly.

E-mail Support

When support issues are less time critical, customers may choose to use our Support Ticket System to lodge a request to be addressed. Each job is placed into a queue based on their urgency and are responded to by a technician via the communication method they deem most appropriate. This method can often prove most convenient if your own time is limited. Additionally, through our Online Support Ticket System you can view your previous cases, regardless of how they were lodged.
